📦 Ground Transit Only

Due to DOT regulations, all ammo moves via Ground. This means transit times may be slightly longer than standard parcel mail but are safer and more secure.

🚛 Terminal Delays

Heavy bulk pallets (500+ lbs) may occasionally sit at a sorting terminal for an extra 24 hours. This is normal for LTL and heavy-ground shipments.

Common Tracking Questions

When will I get my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are generated as soon as your order is packed. You will receive an automated email within 24-48 hours of your purchase.

Why is my tracking not updating?
Carriers like UPS and FedEx may not show a scan until the package reaches a major regional hub. Please allow 24 hours from the “Shipment Created” status for the first update.

My order shows “Delivered” but I can’t find it.
Ammo shipments often require a signature or are left in a discrete location. Check with neighbors or contact us at contact@bulkrounds.com immediately.
