1. Shipping Regulations & Logistics

In accordance with DOT (Department of Transportation) and Federal Law, all ammunition must be shipped via Ground Service. Ammunition cannot be shipped via Air or USPS (Postal Service).

  • ORM-D / Limited Quantity: All shipments are marked and packaged in compliance with hazardous material regulations.
  • Tracking: Tracking numbers are provided via email as soon as the carrier scans the pallet at our warehouse.
  • P.O. Boxes: We can ship ammunition to P.O. Boxes depending on the circumstance. For more information contact us.

2. Return & Cancellation Policy

ALL AMMUNITION SALES ARE FINAL. Due to safety regulations and the sensitive nature of ballistics, we do not accept returns on ammunition once it has left our climate-controlled facility.

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged shipment, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery for a resolution.

3. Geographic Restrictions

BulkRounds strictly adheres to all state and local ordinances. We currently do not ship to the following locations without valid FFL or permit verification:

• Alaska & Hawaii (No Ground Service) • California (Must ship to FFL) • Illinois (FOID required) • New Jersey (FID required) • New York (Check local ordinances) • Washington D.C.

BulkRounds is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery. We highly recommend using a secure delivery address. For order modifications, please contact support immediately; once a tracking number is generated, orders cannot be redirected.
